While trying to locate assets they may look at the stock and then the financials and compare what they find to the representations made about the individual companies/products in the loan applications.

Did Shaun misrepresent Telecorp products or MSHealth or any of the products as having more income and dedicated employees than they actually had? The stock and financial reports are for Epazz the company which acquired MSHealth, Telecorp, Intellysis, k9Bytes, and so-forth and all income was reported in the financials as being the total for Epazz.

But take, for example, the $224,000 breach of contract suit for capital advance loan to Telecorp.

Was Telecorp represented as a separate business? How many employees? What was the stated annual revenue? Did Shaun disclose that Telecorp Products was owned by EPAZZ? Neither EPAZZ nor Shaun Passley are mentioned in the court summary.

Then there's the other suit against Shaun and EPAZZ for a similar amount in Capital advance loans.

Was the cumulative debt and prior $8M losses reported by Epazz disclosed at that time? Was the debt of individual entities disclosed and taken into consideration?
