(NYSE: HGG) ("hhgregg" or the "Company") today announced that on January 31, 2017 it was informed orally by the staff of the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") that the Company was not in compliance with Rule 802.01B and, by the next trading day, would not be in compliance with Rule 802.01C of the NYSE's Listed Company Manual. On February 2, 2017, the Company received written notification from the NYSE (the "NYSE Letter") confirming that the Company is not in compliance with Rule 802.01B and Rule 802.01C of the NYSE's Listed Company Manual.
