My glasses may be half-green instead of half-empty but isn't "lining your pockets" with stock kinda counter-productive to the heist if he's crashing the value of the company and the stocks he paid himself? It might be a milestone payment in his contract that is providing him with the new boatload of shares, probably from inking the deal with AMAG, which to me, looks like a pretty good deal for Palatin.
