Toxic? You don't consider warrants through half the alphabet toxic? Have you not seen the pricing action after the agreement??? Toxic is exactly what this company is at the moment and now they dump over 900K more into the outstanding/float by paying themselves in common shares....

I assure you, I have zero agenda, except to highlight the inept nature of the management team here, which I have monitored for over 7 years....

I don't currently have a short, nor would I even consider a long position, given the last few weeks pricing, in complete contradiction to ongoing, apparently positive events....

If not for the HUGE payment they just gave themselves, it would be a wait an see, but the fact this clown pulls this shat after a collapse in the PPS in the face of the good news.....LMAO...
