Just spoke directly to Barry. He confirmed that his efforts have been directed towards RLTR but that he was still involved in Baristas. Scott is not as involved in RLTR but is very close to it. Scotts focus is on Baristas. The company is in no way dead according to Barry. Scott and Barry control the board and both are officers.
