Goes both ways- If they express no interest in shareholders, money will flow to other investment opportunities. If they want people to invest in their company, they have to make an effort.

Otherwise, one has to assume its a dead, dying or sleeping unit.

I am not sure that's the case, but the point is, I am not SURE.
