Fair assessment. I was betting higher on the buyout front but valuations are often fluffy in the end. The odd part here for me is the 80% ownership of insiders / institutions. That tells me that the traded stock is not very meaningful in the valuation. The upcoming CC will be interesting for sure. I have been buying on the way down.
