Pure Digital Technology LLC, an Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. (EGOH:OTC) subsidiary, is pleased to announce the purchase of a 40% stake in Talent by Talent LLC alluded to in a prior press release dated January 10, 2017

Talent by Talent is a world-renowned media company with exclusive access to digital assets and content to be used on Pure Digitalâ??s platforms. In addition, it provides management, promotion, marketing and media production for independent artists, songwriters, producers and recording labels.
