This is huge! Thanks for posting as this would have gotten by me. This looks like "Checkmate" research that you have provided here with TXTM. This might have been the "Sword in the Stone" research that many have been waiting for. I'm going to have to take my time to read through it to get a better idea of the magnitude of how this could be OWCP Part 2 as this is confirmation from the Department of Health South Africa and the MCC (Medicines Control Council):
