I disagree on that... It's like having an A/S of 200m and a current O/S of 100m...doesn't mean the a/s will all be used, many times for example the larger a/s is to prevent a hostile takeover from happening, as just one example... IT'S THERE IN CASE IT'S NEEDED...dilution happens with all bio companies in the early stages and at approvals ...that's why smart people buy before upcoming events, and sell into them or on the run proceeding it...it's not rocket science...u trade this, should be plenty of upcoming opportunities...to trade it... as for the inept offering melee, it just feels like all their moving parts aren't able to keep up with each other, stuff maybe moving faster than they planned, and they can't seem to get their figures right on what they need short term...not making excuses for them, they are coming off like idiots, but there's money to be made here, imo.
