by a true sleight of hand (CEs' rolling resets re: volume on MSRT) .. CEs' (aka NON RETAIL) managed to
bypass triggering reg sho in 2016 ..
note that tactic hasn't worked for the last 3 days .. reminder CEs' can camouflage with the best of them
(it's about 5 days b4 *reporting* .. imo)

bypass those %s .. understand with heavily *targeted/manipulated* OTC stox like MSRT et al
those bypassed %s (T Trades) can be rather significant .. one of they reasons why they are done
note CEs' *awareness finally kick in after 2.1.17's % and *reg sho appearance* .. ;)
