Being a good moderator requires some tolerance, anyone can distort the TOS rules to use the delete option...some need to feel powerful...some want the board to suit their personal style. A good moderator will allow long term posters to have minor celebrations and causal conversation. A moderator who is weak will always be the one to start a deleting war.... either way it's fine with me as I'm up 80% with yet another great win for our group of traders...
