Excalibur Integrated Systems is an end-to-end solutions provider of mobile hardware devices, wireless network security, data networking, mobile solutions application development and software solutions.
In 2016, Excalibur generated over $5 million in revenue. Under the terms of the agreement, Excalibur shareholders will receive 888,573 shares of FORM Holdings common stock."
So does this mean more dilution, or will they use that cash on hand.
Also, 888573SH x say $2.15 = $1.91M paid for a company that did $5M in revenue last year.....something don't sound right, or again, we are not being told the whole story.
