No, they still are. That massive amount of debt and past-due liabilities has not disappeared. It is still with COWI, and growing daily.

The claims by COWI that they are planning to reorganize are BS. No one would touch this company with its massive amounts of toxic death spiral debt (all in default), tax warrants and liens, ongoing garnishment of any funds by creditors through their multiple court victories, and failed management. COWI is worse than a "dirty shell".
