Let me get this straight - The CFO is still waiting to get his legs under him, and there really isn't a 10 second rule - Is that the claim? And Brazil, are they still waiting on that deal to go through? Wasn't it for $40M? What about the $35 million agreement they had with Mexico?

Did they ever finalize the $30 Million Dominican Republic distribution agreement?

I suppose some of those could be called Margrit's "personal opinions", but unfortunately for her she put them in PRs as if they were FACTS.

Anyone that read their PRs can clearly see MRIB is/was/will always be a scam. That's why I filed a complaint. I believe the SEC link for complaints was posted, but here's the link for complaints to FINRA:
