given they are restricted then I doubt there will be a sudden rush to sell since who monitors the 6 month dead line and you will have 6 months of reporting of the Fernhill company. Had they been instantly tradeable I would have expected to see a big, tradeable, sell off.

hopefully now both companies can do financials and update us as separate entities

currently my 1:10 fernhill shares are worth more than 4 times the VGID that spawned them.
