Latest scam is that forum promoters are frontloading worthless stock - Q stocks and Greys such as SKTO - they will come with tall tales of reinstatement then dump their shares - which has zero chance of being listed as OTC Pink. They haven't filed any financial information since 2014 Q1.

The facts are (from Renee) - "Of the 2619 Suspended stocks only EDVP (now PRLX prior to the origination of this list), SDRG (from Sept. 17, 2012 SEC Suspension), and PHOT got off of the Grey Sheets, a very rare occurrence."

PHOT is listed as Unsolicited Quotes Only and is down from $0.50 (pre suspension) to 0.014.

With SKTO and the history of Robert Hipple the SEC won't reinstate the shell.
