Apparently the people getting the spin off shares of fhbc from vgroup are getting restricted shares and they can't sell them f0r at least 6 months. I believe that is six months from Jan 27,2017 which would be July 27, so I wouldn't worry about them selling off and driving the price down to .0005 anytime soon.
