In all honesty, I've probably done less trading in the past 3-4 months than at any point over the past 20 years. I refuse to sell what I am holding at a loss as I am still carrying over the 3k per year losses from 15 years ago if that tells you what happened back in the 2000 era to me. I not even close to as active today as I was years back and refuse to put any new funds into the market so basically just am trading with what I have in currently.
