Your motive appears to be deceit driven by greed.
This company is a mere shell. It has no operations and never has. That is a fact.
It has never generated one cent in revenue. That's a fact.
It has never shown a profit. That's a fact.
As of the last financial report, it had less than 400 in cash and nearly 10 million in debt. That's a fact.
It is undergoing a proxy vote for control of the company. That's a fact.
It is delinquent in financial reporting for over a year. That's a fact.
You claimed on this board this company would be bought out at 40 cents a share while at the same time dumping your shares. That's a fact.
Now that you've bought shares again you're using the same buyout story to pump the stock when you have no idea when, if or for how much a "deal" will be struck. That's a fact.
I ask you, do you really contend you do the posters a service by pumping your own self interest?
And FDA, you should calm down a little. Your last post was so manic it was nearly incomprehensible. Do you suffer from hypertension?
