INSY - Another Insys-Linked Doctor Indicted

14:19 ET - Insys (INSY) down 1.4% following the latest indictment of a doctor alleged to have taken kickbacks in exchange for prescribing the company's fentanyl drug Subsys. Among the details in an indictment filed by the US attorney in Rhode Island is an allegation that the doctor flew to Arizona to have dinner with former INSY CEO Michael Babich in 2012, and play golf with INSY officials. Babich is identified by his initials M.B. and INSY as a "pharmaceutical company." Babich and INSY executives pleaded not guilty in January to criminal kickback and fraud charges. An INSY spokeswoman didn't immediately respond to a request for comment; company has said previously it's cooperating with all investigations and is committed to complying with laws and regulations.
