"Annual report" was filed last February, but since 2010, VPER hasn't filed another annual report in February. Not sure why anyone would expect that. Should have been a quarterly in between now and their one last May, but again, no consistency to base that off of.
Really odd since they claimed what, $500,000 per quarter was going to happen at one point?
