Id guess pbio now has about 60-70m shares fd, maybe more or less but too lazy to look into. No telling whats been issued since the Q3 filing.

Now that theyre involved with a registered direct, dilution will get real ugly with new shares issued down here or lower and warrants too.. This will have to reverse split too for this deal to happen, gaining a nasdaq listing

Theres a shot the underwriter wont get this offering done. If they do, could be lots cheaper prices and for less funds.
