Dr Subhash Desmukh resigned as a director of Poet to do special projects for Poet.

In December he went to Vietnam.

Speculation is that he will set up an Active Optical Cable manufacturing factory in Vietnam.

Was the recent money raise for this project?

Is Poet further ahead with the A.O.C. than we expected?
