Excel? The 'S' stands for 'spend'. We talked as he worked, I had time to judge him. He said I'd be better off with him repairing my W 7 than spending a lot of $$$$$$ for a W10. Middle aged with Oriental ancestors. Born and raised here, said he had been at that location for 18 years. His shop looked like it. I offered cash just for the interview. He would not take it.
So, . . . you may very well be right. I'll know next week.
