AND(Im dreaming) but what if they tried to do a high PPS offering like they tried last time. The stock would go nuts! $5.10 offering. I believe they lowered it to 2 bucks or so the 2nd time. Thats when I initially bought a long time ago thinking easy money from .70 or so. Ended up aving down .20 .10 then .04 .05

is no minimum amount of shares that must be sold, we
may receive no proceeds or very little proceeds from this
offering.
The offering is being made directly by us through our officers and directors who will not receive any
compensation for such sales.
