With 2,800 units leased their GP should be approx. $465,000 a quarter or almost 250% above their last reported GP from Q-3 2016. Their net has run on avg for the last reported 3 qtrs. (-$173K) per qtr. These new units should give them a positive eps. by Q-2.

They mentioned the K should be ready in a month but we'll have to wait because they are always late filing and the due date isn't until the end of March. That being said, we still have to wait for the K, Q-1, and then the Q-2 to see the reflection of the full 2,800 units leased in filings. The Q-2 isn't due until July.

By July there's a very good chance they may double units as I mentioned before simply because they are cash cows and they have more than proven to the lender the units aren't sitting in a back room collecting dust. But we still need to see the conditions attached to further lending as the first loan was not in favor of adding shareholder value in the least bit.

As far as locking down installation locations, that isn't really a concern in my opinion because so far their marketing manager has proven to be a powerhouse closer. So no worries there.

As far as hitting a dollar, that's another story and not happening anytime soon in my opinion. There still has to be close to 5 million floating shares from the S/1 offering that haven't even hit the market yet on top of retail that's averaging down and waiting to breakeven and get out.

Also don't forget the majority of the restricted shares issued last year can have the restrictions removed right around the same time the Q-1 is due.

Bottom line is the company is indeed growing tremendously in a very hot market but their current share structure is bloated and reflects serious insider greed with no concern to retail shareholders nor the CEO's controlling position.

Just have to wait patiently to see what their next move is.
