This one has been naked shorted big time since the pop above $1 because of the upcoming shareholder vote on a reverse split. Market makers keep shorting any pop in order to keep the price below a dollar so the company has to do a RS. The only problem with that plan is that the float will be between well under a million shares when they split. Good luck covering shorts when that happens. As soon as they split and an initial bottom is created, then this one is going to go exponential on such a tiny float. Until then, watch them short all upticks. You can always tell it's happening too as the quote will be 4 digits in price with a tight spread.
