I know that Nutech did have an offer from Investotech and that the papers were filed with the SEC but the Russians let the time expire backing out of the sell. Don't know the reasons. Only Nutech knows how they are sitting and we are going to have to wait to find out. I do feel that there are those that want to keep PPS at .0001.
