Cali's testing law does not take effect until Jan 2018, but Oregon and some other states already have mandatory testing on every 5-10lbs of MJ grown... If you grow 1000lbs, you will need 100-200 tests (depending on state) and each one has to pass the strict standards, or it will be taken by the Gov and burned.

There are many MJ stocks making lighting equipment, hydro setups, fertilizers, etc but as far as i can tell, AMFE is the only one with a system designed specifically to combat the #1 issue all growers are facing in the sector... and its patent pending...
