Sell Order Placed for 1 Million Shares

Pretty sure this does not matter, I have not been on this board in a few years. I have 102 million shares in my Fidelity account. I remember in the past when I tried to place a sell order, it would not let me. Tonight I placed an order to sell 1,000,000 shares and it took the order with no errors. I am pretty sure it won't sell, but seems like at least Fidelity thinks the stock is still valid.
