I am relying on the insider buying as a hint going forward. He knew exactly what was coming out and bought in spite. My guess he had them word it that way along with write offs just to scare in some more cheap stock. Not sure how long he has to wait to start buying again, but I am betting he is in for more. Company is doing great mining wise. I would not be surprised by buyout at double today's price.
