It's only bad news. Roy is very sick. All employees are gone. He still plays mind games with you when you talk to him. All the shares are actually owned by "others". He can't file because 1. he can't put two nickels together and 2. if he did it would expose some deals he made.

He lost his $3m house and had to move into a condo. I suspect that $210,000 he got from the loan shark in NYC he used to pay himself so he could move.
