Thanks for the update! Perhaps the reverse split was designed to make the share price and share structure more attractive for a buyout. I tend to agree and would have liked to see the buyout go thru. Then again, I'll have to do some research and see what our share price was post split? This should be easily trading at .25 if management was up to date on filings and updated shareholders periodically. In fact, some brokerages (fidelity) won't allow purchases of this stock ticker because of the STOP status. GLTU
