Towerstream Corporation ($TWER) is an example of possible conflicts of interest for attorney Kesner. Honig is an investor in the company, Kesner was made corporate counsel for the company, and the company used Equity Stock Transfer as a transfer agent according to their proxy statement from August 2016. Transfer agents were designed to be a checks and balance looking for affiliate trades and unregistered shares. It’s unclear if that gets done when you (Harvey Kesner) invest in the transfer company and your top client is a big investor (Honig) in the company and oh yea you are also the company corporate counsel.

This deal is invested with Honig and it is maybe going down in flames.
