I emailed Brian Lauzon on Friday to get an update following the board meeting. He replied that I should follow up with Delisle. He also copied Mr. Delisle and Earl Belger (who appears to be the CPA because the domain name of his email address is @belgercpa.com)
I did send a message to these two gentlemen but have not had a response.
