If we are to assume an average patent cost is $10,000 it looks like LCTC has about 10 patent pending applications in 2015. Hopefully some of those are relating to the marijuana breathalyzer but I wouldn't be able to know that. They may have also applied for more in 2016, but that info is not available until the next annual report comes out.
