Every time there is a sell off there is an excuse, If QMCI wants to make excuses about dilution so be it.

But QMCI needs to call it what it is, Someone selling millions of shares because they are ill? Ive actually heard that excuse many times on other scams and you know what happens time after time? Those companies fold up and Officers of the company go to jail for scamming.

What's next tax loss selling? Immegration reform selling? In this horrible Pink market we are over come with poor poor excuses for an ineffective, poorly run, penny stock
