Slowly but surely Nuvectra is gaining small pieces of the market niche. Fledgling yet.

They are the closest tech I've seen to BSX Spectra.

Head to head, unfortunately Nuvectra loses, but their peripheral equip (patient programmer and key fob remote) is great and patients report that they like it. Leads with "stretchy" flexibility also a plus.

Overall, better system than Medtronic or st Jude (Abbott).

Rumor J&J looking at acquisition. Just rumor...
