I would say that the answer to your question is unequivocally yes, or should be unequivocally yes. However, all of the BANC dirt is not necessarily relevant in the scheme of this litigation. Moreover, Sugarman thinks that he is the smartest guy in the room, by far. As a result, he (in my view) operated under the belief that nobody would connect the dots. Seems that he did a fairly good job of that, until now.
