Edward Bronson update (lots of reading material)

I was looking at some Edward Bronson stuff today as a result of trying to answer a question about some V2IP Inc debt and came up with some interesting information.

In the SEC case against Edward Bronson from 2012 (which is still ongoing)

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2012/comp-pr2012-165.pdf

The latest entry shows that Edward Bronson's attorney withdrew and that Bronson filed for bankruptcy

$151 million? AWJ offshore (Corey Ribotsky)?

According to documents from the Bankruptcy case, the accounts for V2IP Inc got frozen which explains why they suddenly started to transfer their debts in the Ray Barton companies and suddenly stopped filing new 3(10)a exemption lawsuits in Polk County Florida

Edward Bronson claims he doesn't own V2IP INC despite it using his Fairhills Capital address, his wife as its officer, and long time Bronson underling Adam Didia as its main employee

His wife, Dawn, also made a declaration that it was just her company (completely independent from Edward Bronson)

But as attorney Miranda Fritz pointed out in another lawsuit between Edward Bronson and his former business partner, Mark Gruber, V2IP Inc has lots of links to Edward Bronson as does Macallan Partners, Xcelerate Group, and Deer Valley (all made for Edward Bronson to try to circumvent his "bad actor" status)

Fritz also points out Bronson's affiliation with Beaufort Capital Partners and use of offshore entities to move funds.

The NIR Group/AWJ Offshore stuff is interesting. I see that Gruber used to work for NIR Group before moving over with Bronson so there may be a connection between Bronson and Ribotsky which explains why AWJ Offshore shows up so much in the Bronson Bankruptcy stuff

It could also explain why Bronson is going the Bankruptcy route (besides trying to avoid paying the judgement he lost to Mark Gruber and Evan Solomon). He probably knows an SEC Settlement is on the way and he is using the Corey Ribotsky play book
