Just sharing some information I found while digging through Polk County, Florida for some other research.

There is an open case for a debt settlement agreement between Drone USA Inc (DRUS) and v2IP Inc (Edward Bronson).

The original complaint was filed on September 6, 2016. Usually these types of Settlement agreements are filed and settled a day later. Why this one is still open I'm not entirely sure.

According to the Complaint, V2IP Inc allegedly acquired $432,381.00 in debt originally owed to the DRUS CEO, Michael Brannon, through an entity controlled by Michael Brannon named AIG Inc.

V2IP Inc filed the Complaint to have the $432,381 debt turned into free trading stock using the 3(a)10 exemption with Wellington Shield & Co LLC acting as the placement agent, but for whatever reason the Complaint was never settled and remains open.



I noticed that in September 2016, debt from other settlement agreements between V2IP Inc and public companies started getting transferred to other Note holders so possibly V2IP Inc ran into some issues with the SEC or FINRA and Edward Bronson had to stop with his latest toxic debt scheme. Bronson previously got in trouble with the SEC while running Fairhills Capital and E-Lionheart

The SEC case is still going. The latest entries show Bronson's attorney withdrawing from the case and Bronson declaring bankruptcy

V2IP Inc came up in the Bankruptcy case (and so probably it came up in the SEC Case)

I don't think Edward Bronson is fooling anybody


Anyways according to this document V2IP Inc had its accounts frozen

which probably explains why the DRUS settlement agreement stalled and why debt in other public companies that was originally acquired by V2IP Inc started getting transferred to other Note holders
