Once $1.54 (52wk high) is tested/broken through the chart enters blue sky breakout territory.

-License to sell from Health Canada (expected imminently)
-Execute 6 LOIs to sell ALL inventory of cannabis in their vault
-Canadian legislation to nationally legalize recreational cannabis will be tabled in April of 2017. (just days before 4/20/17 MJ stock rally)
My personal expectation for SPRWF is a PPS of $3.60-$5.44 by mid April.
