Have advised the SEC this stock, IMHO, is nothing more than a stock selling scam with no filings with full and fair disclosure violations going back to buying a mine in China! Provided all the past press releases announcing everything from ore processing plants to BS equipment rentals in India, to BS MJ patent filings! Also informed them of the BD involved with selling millions of shares of stock along with the company officials giving themselves free shares and then selling them into the market! JMHO
