What is the significance of identifying or limiting it to 4 electrodes? Why does it not indicate "a Calmare machine plus all necessary electrodes and other accessories"? Also, while approved for listing on the GSA portal, does this indicate that anyone is in a position to purchase, has any PO's in the system or will utilize this approval and purchase process given that it only applies to GSA facilities, albeit most military hospitals, etc. and the fact that we have no way of knowing where such spending may not be headed (regardless of any changes to ACA)?
