Its described in the S-1, open link to document above this board and search on "Wang", its on about pg 40. The demo to board members was supposed to be this past weekend. I wish they would update on their blog about the testing they did at the car show, I'm more interested in that than the demo. That was smart to do, nothing like actually using a product in a real situation to reveal problems and areas that need improvement. If things keep moving after that then we are probably in good shape. Of course just knowing they had the demo this past weekend would probably mean the testing went well. If they go silent, again, its a bad sign.

As for revenue to cash flow positive. If they quickly make big sales I suppose its possible, but thats unlikely has their technology has zero exposure and nothing to back customer confidence. I can't imagine someone jumping in with both feet without testing a few trucks for several months if not a year. If they were ever able to license their pump or generator technology they would likely be cash flow positive very quickly. However they have gone totally silent on those markets and they moved from licensing pumps to building them and selling them themselves. Which requires capital to buy parts and pay for them to be constructed. Plus it will be difficult to penetrate the market because they have zero brand recognition. So I am relieved they might have something with mobil generation, as the other two markets look dead in the water.
