I find it odd that while COR and BANC have been quite opaque publicly in their apparent relationship with Jason Galanis and questionable mortgage activity, COR has been so public and aggressive in this ongoing legal case involving CRGP - especially given that COR's participation in the CRGP fiasco is just as questionable if not more so than the other players involved in this litigation. Why the inconsistency? Shouldn't COR turtle rather than push for a very public 'reveal' of the CRGP transactions that they facilitated in 2015?
