This is the email I just got back from Pain Relief and Wellness Strategies Center:


"We are located out of Grove City, Pennsylvania. If it's inconvenient for you to pick up our products here in our office, we can certainly ship to you. The price on shipping is $4.99 an item. If you are ordering more than one item, we will weigh the total package and can do combined shipping to save you money.

The pain patch is applied for up to 96 hours of pain relief and costs $24 per patch.
The roll on is applied as needed and costs $30 per bottle.

We have been carrying these products for about a month and have already received GREAT feedback from our patients. We have a sample bottle of the roll on that we use here in the office and many individuals find the relief to be quick acting and long lasting. The staff and patients have been raving about it, calling it "The Killer Creme" (even though the roll on is technically in oil form). Our own Nurse Practioner used it recently for some aches and pains, and said her relief lasted for 3 days before needing to reapply!
