GG correction the AS is 200mil the OS is 191 mil of which 131 mil is restricted leaving float of 59mil 59,962,027 to be exact as reported by the TA earlier this week. The only number that has changed substantially in the last several yrs is the AS which was reduced from 2 billion to 250 mil in 2011 then reduced to 200mil in the last couple yrs.
