Legacy stopped Its dividend because It was easy to Dilute your stock and send pennies out when you are trading at 25.00 and selling your own stock at that price



When you are trading at 2.5 you don't have those options anymore

Everyone that held shares for those bogus dividends lost a ton in there investment


IMO
